House and Senate members are in recess and they are hosting town hall meetings with their constituents across the country during the month of October. Check our updated Town Hall Meetings schedule in the Grassroots Action Center to see if your lawmakers are hosting a town hall meeting in your area.

- Protect Pricing Freedom
Legislation has been introduced, at the request of retailers, to regulate the interchange fees charged in connection with debit and credit card transactions. To learn more about S. 3086 and H.R. 5546, the Credit Card Fair Fee Act, and to Take Action to let your Member of Congress know that you are opposed to the government regulation of bank fees, click here.
- CURIA Introduced in Senate (S. 2957).
The credit unions have succeeded in getting CURIA introduced in the Senate for the first time. Senators have not heard from bankers why CURIA is bad public policy. Take Action today and ask your Senators not to cosponsor S. 2957. Click Here to also send letters to your Members in the House of Representatives on H.R. 1537 (CURIA).
